iQMsport is aimed at trainers who want to improve their training management by focusing on the subjective demands of their athletes.
But athletes can also use iQMsport on their own and thus visualize their individual demands, thus optimizing their training.The training control is based on (sports) scientific findings of researchers from the Technical University of Darmstadt and the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main.iQMsport serves to record training factors that are important for the training control of the athletes.
These are:• the current physical and mental strain,• the current condition,• the quality and satisfaction with the training,• cohesion in the team as well• important influencing factors such as state of rest, sleep, nutrition and occupational or private stress.The athletes judge these training factors personally and individually.
Sports science research shows that the individual assessment and consideration of the training factors improves the training and makes it more successful.In addition, trainers can also give their own assessments of the training factors of the factors of stress, quality, satisfaction and team cohesion of the athletes and then compare these with the self-assessments of the athletes.
Sports science research shows that similar assessments are favorable for the success of the training and clear differences should be discussed.The individual training factors can be recorded before and / or after the training.
When recording before training, the training can be adapted directly.
When used after training, the effect of the training can be directly determined and interventions planned.Overall, the ten training factors listed below can be collected.
